These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of digital products and services provided by Reach Navigator LLC. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Digital Products
 

All products are digital contact databases delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.
 

2. License & Usage
 

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased data strictly for your internal business purposes. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.
 

3. Payments
 

All payments must be completed before product delivery. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.
 

4. Refund & Credit Policy
 

As digital goods are non-returnable, no refunds will be issued. A credit-back policy applies for email bounces (see Refund Policy page).
 

5. Limitation of Liability
 

Reach Navigator LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its products.
 

6. Governing Law
 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.
