Refund Policy

At Reach Navigator LLC, all sales of digital contact databases are final and non-refundable.
 

Credit-Back Policy
 

If any purchased contact email address results in a hard bounce, you are eligible for a credit-back.

Formula: (Total Amount Paid ÷ Number of Contacts Purchased) × Number of Bounced Emails
 

Process
 

  • Buyer must submit a valid bounce report from their email service provider.

  • Credit will be issued as a coupon/voucher (USD equivalent) redeemable on future purchases.

  • Credits are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid only for future purchases from Reach Navigator LLC.
     

Conditions
 

  • Applies only to hard bounces (invalid/non-existent emails).

  • Does not apply to soft bounces (mailbox full, temporary server issues, spam filters).

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
