Duplicate Contacts Across Multiple Purchases:If a client purchases multiple projects/databases from Reach Navigator LLC and finds duplicate contacts among them, they may claim a credit-back for those duplicates as well.
💰 Credit-Back Calculation
The credit amount will be determined using this formula:
(Total Amount Paid ÷ Total Number of Contacts Purchased) × Number of Bounced or Duplicate ContactsThe credited value will be issued as a coupon or voucher (USD equivalent), which can be redeemed toward future purchases from Reach Navigator LLC.
🧾 How to Claim Credit
To process a credit-back claim, the buyer must provide:
A valid email bounce report from their email service provider or campaign tool (for bounced emails).
A verified duplicate contact report (for duplicates across multiple purchased projects).
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery of the product.
🚫 Important Notes
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances due to the nature of digital data products.
The credit-back applies only to hard bounces (invalid or non-existent email addresses).Soft bounces caused by full inboxes, temporary server issues, or spam filters are not eligible.
